Staging Process

  • Consultation

    Our Creative Director will attend a site visit to review the property and establish client/agent needs.​

  • Concept and Design Proposal

    A proposal will be prepared and sent through for the scope of work, which will include our final recommendations, a mood board, and associated fees.​

  • Declutter + Furniture Edit

    For occupied properties, a second site visit is often required to document the key furniture pieces that will be incorporated into the staging to best showcase the property.

  • Staging Delivery & Installation

    On the agreed date and time, our Panama Stylists and logistics partner will deliver and position the agreed suite of furniture and decor prior to the final styling.

  • Styling

    Our team brings the vision to life by styling your space with layered textures and thoughtful details that make it uniquely yours — all while ensuring every element works seamlessly within the home’s overall design.

  • First Home-Open Support

    Our stylist team will return to the property prior to the first home open to reset linen and ensure presentation is perfect.

  • De-Stage and Collection

    At the completion of the contract or at the date discussed, our team will arrive and pack all decor items followed by our logistics partner.
